It can be used as a quiet room for it has a two-seater settee and a CD Radio. SERVICES Heating Erinfa has a modern, efficient oil-fired central heating boiler with fully controllable radiators in all rooms and under-floor heating in the en-suites. The heating and electricity is included in the rental. Linen We provide duvets, pillows and bed linen for all beds. We also provide towels on request for your use in the house. Rear and side gardens large enough for child sports and as a play area. Barbecue patio and walkways.

Prices and availability on request. Bookings require a 30% deposit which is non refundable on cancellation. The balance is due six weeks prior to your holiday. We request that payment is made in full if booking within six weeks of the date of your stay.
